General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all offers and bookings of tours made through the website www.colombia-tours.ch . The website is operated by OHA Werbeagentur GmbH.

2. Services
Colombia Tours offers guided tours in Colombia. The exact scope of services is set out in the respective tour description on the website. Changes to the itinerary due to weather conditions, safety considerations, or organizational reasons remain reserved.

3. Booking and conclusion of contract
By submitting the booking via the website, the customer submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon written confirmation (email) from Colombia Tours.

4. Prices and payment
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), unless otherwise stated. Payment is made according to the terms and conditions specified, usually in cash on site. Tour participation is only possible after full payment.

5. Withdrawal and cancellation
Cancellations are free of charge up to 10 days before the start of the tour. Cancellations made up to 7 days before the start of the tour will be charged 50% of the price; thereafter, 100% will be charged. No-shows are possible. We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.

6. Liability
Participation in the tours is at your own risk. Colombia Tours is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, negligence, or unforeseeable circumstances. Third-party services (e.g., transportation, accommodation) are subject to the respective terms and conditions of the partner companies.

7. Insurance
The customer is responsible for ensuring adequate insurance coverage (e.g. accident, health and travel insurance).

8. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of OHA Werbeagentur GmbH.
